Plan to act as Pilot in Command?

Pilots who intend to act as Pilot In Command of an aircraft must complete a flight review every 24 months. Required is a minimum of one hour flight training and one hour ground training, a review of part 91 regulations and flight maneuvers that pertain to your current ratings. There is no written test involved. And at successful completion, your instructor will endorse your log book.
