At High Flight Academy, we stand ready to teach you to fly in the program of your choice. From instruction in basic flying skills to professional pilot training, our flight school is second to none in Western Pennsylvania. The cost of our programs depends on your level of interest. You can experience piloting an aircraft through one of our $99 Discovery flights.
Recreational Flying Lessons
If you want to be a licensed pilot, try our Recreational course. This allows you to take a friend up and show them the sites around the Pittsburgh area.
Private Pilot Training
If you want even more freedom, the Private Pilot program may be for you. When you are finished, this license allows you to fly anywhere in the United States in a light aircraft.
Accelerated Commercial Pilot Training
If you desire a career in the airline industry, High Flight Academy offers a total package to get you into the cockpit of a major carrier! We have partnered with Republic Airlines, Air Wisconsin, and Express Jet to provide you a direct path to their cockpits in as little as 2 years. You will start your training here and eventually become a Certified Flight Instructor with a Multi-Engine Rating. You will be trained by some of the most experienced Certified Flight Instructors in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio.
